Sociocracy Management of the Solidarity Research Network

Sociocracy is a self-management approach based on equality, consent, and structured collaboration. Work is organized in interconnected “circles” with clearly defined roles and shared decision-making.

In the SRN, this includes a central Management Committee and four thematic groups (family, work, nation, and nature), with the option for additional regional circles.

The Management Committee sets overall direction and supports the system, while working groups focus on their areas and contribute to decisions. Together, all members form a collaborative community of practice.
