Arrival Information

The conference venues are located in the historic center of Cluj-Napoca, around the University’s main building, at 1 Mihail Kogălniceanu Street, within walking distance of Piața Unirii and major city attractions.

  • From Cluj-Napoca International Airport (CLJ): approx. 15–20 minutes by taxi/Uber/Bolt, or 20–30 minutes by public transport using the Airport Express bus A1E or trolleybuses 5 and 8 toward the city center.
  • From Cluj-Napoca Railway Station: approx. 10 minutes by taxi or 20 minutes by public transport using buses and trolleybuses connecting the station with Piața Avram Iancu and Memorandumului area.
  • Recommended stops for the venue: Memorandumului, Piața Avram Iancu, or nearby city-center stations, followed by a short 5–10 minute walk.
  • Public transport connections are available throughout the city center.
